Fishing Derby Success at Sea

On June 21, 2014 10 fishermen (4 adults & 6 Scouts) from Pack 27 took to the high seas aboard the Dorothy B. fishing boat out of Atlantic Highlands, NJ
on a 1/2 day (1:30pm-6pm) fishing trip in search of monster Fluke.  Everyone caught fish, although not all were keepers due to the minimum 18" NJ Fish & Game requirements. Some of our Scouts even caught some Sand Sharks.  A perfect day weather wise and relatively calm seas. Fun was had by all, and major fish stories have been told already.  I am sure this event will become a yearly post Father's Day staple trip for Pack 27 in the future.
